Dropcraft is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. Dropcraft will not be liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
